A material investigation on paper, vynil and chipboard, provided a set of rules for edge behavior and different edge grafting techniques. The investigation was then applied as a cross-programming strategy for a project located where Wall Street meets the East River. The project has three main uses: Hotel, Theater and Office Space. These uses and physical features from the site, were grafted through their edges creating new events questioning the definition of program.
